Cancellation Policy

At La MESA Floral Artistry, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with the quality of our product or if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to make it right.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date may incur a cancellation fee.

All of San Diego Metro areas available by request, near and including:
